	Please read before making your booking TERMS AND CONDITIONS Self catering 30% non refundable deposit to be received within 7 days of booking, after which we reserve the right to cancel the booking The balance is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival If deposits or the full payment is not received by the due dates we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund of deposit  You are responsible for full payment unless the booking is cancelled in writing more than 28 days before the let is due to start, when the deposit will be retained but the balance waived  In the event of cancellation, we shall endeavor to re-let the accommodation  The tenancy is normally on a weekly basis from 3.00 on arrival day to 10.00 on departure day The tenant shall not sub let any part of the property or equipment The tenant shall maintain the property at all times in a clean and tidy condition as equipped at the commencement of the let Guests should report any damages or breakages and these are to be paid for The number in the party must not exceed the number stipulated when booking Smoking is not allowed

All rooms are en suite

'Barlands Old Stable' (apartment) £94.00

Babies (In arms only. Sorry, no toddlers ) -  £5 per night

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• 30% non refundable deposit to be received within 7 days of booking, after which we reserve the right to cancel the booking

• Your room will be ready for you by 1.00pm

• Please vacate your room by 10.30 on departure day

• Smoking is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

•  Full payment will be required if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.

• For bookings of 5 nights or more please notify us of cancellation, in writing, 28 days prior to arrival date, otherwise you will be responsible for full payment.

• If during your stay you have to leave, full payment shall be incurred.

We are sorry to introduce this measure, but recent events  have left us with no alternative
